Инсулинорезистентность и ишемический инсульт

Аннотация

   Инсулинорезистентность является самостоятельным фактором риска развития ишемического инсульта (ИИ). Инсулинорезистентность способствует тромбообразованию и развитию атеросклероза, участвуя в основных патогенетических звеньях развития ИИ. Резистентность к инсулину также связана с некоторыми независимыми факторами риска инсульта, такими как гипертензия, гипертриглицеридемия и снижение уровня липопротеинов высокой плотности. Инсулинорезистентность негативно влияет на функциональное восстановление и прогноз у пациентов с ИИ независимо от того, есть ли у пациента сахарный диабет, но механизмы этого недостаточно изучены. Терапия инсулинорезистентности является важным компонентом вторичной профилактики ИИ и включает немедикаментозное и фармакологическое лечение. Представлены терапевтические подходы к инсулинорезистентности, которые позволяют предложить новые терапевтические направления для клинического улучшения прогноза у пациентов с ИИ.
