Эмоциональные и волевые расстройства после инсульта

Аннотация

Инсульт остается серьезной проблемой современной медицины. Эмоциональные и волевые расстройства после инсульта разнообразны и включают депрессию, тревогу, раздражительность, посттравматическое стрессовое расстройство, апатию и др. Представлены данные по распространенности и основных причинах развития данных расстройств. Рассмотрены возможные механизмы их развития, основные фармакологические и нефармакологические методы коррекции.
