Аннотация
Под субъективным шумом в ушах понимается звуковое ощущение без источника звука. Ушной шум ощущает примерно каждый из 10 взрослых, и примерно у 1 из 100 он ухудшает качество жизни. В работе в сжатом виде представлен обзор современных представлений о патогенезе ушного шума и подходах к ведению пациентов в соответствии с научными данными, а также национальными и международными рекомендациями. Спектр методов лечения широк и включает медикаментозное лечение, когнитивно-поведенческую реабилитацию и использование слуховых аппаратов.
