Когнитивно-поведенческая терапия при инсомнии

Аннотация
В развитии хронической инсомнии большое значение имеют когнитивные и поведенческие факторы, что объясняет эффективность когнитивно-поведенческой терапии (КПТ), которая может быть использована как в сочетании с лекарственной терапией, так и без нее. Анализируются вопросы проведения КПТ, ее различные методики, эффективность в сравнении с лекарственной терапией. Отмечается, что КПТ позволяет скорректировать ошибочные мысли (когнитивные ошибки) и поведенческие паттерны, отрицательно влияющие на качество и продолжительность сна. Обсуждаются вопросы оптимизации применения КПТ в клинической практике.
