Питание в профилактике и лечении пролежней у больных, перенесших инсульт

Аннотация
Инсульт является одной из наиболее важних причин смертности и инвалидизации во всем мире. У 16–20% пациентов с острым инсультом при поступлении, во время госпитализации и реабилитации наблюдается белково-энергетическая, а также микронутриентная недостаточность, что связано с неблагоприятным прогнозом и риском развития пролежней. Назначение таким пациентам высококалорийных смесей для перорального или зондового энтерального питания, содержащих повышенные количества белка, аргинина, витаминов А, Е, С и минеральных веществ (цинка и селена) антиоксидантной направленности, может оказывать положительное влияние на заживление язв. Включение в диетотерапию специализированных лечебных смесей может также снизить риск развития пролежней.
