Современный взгляд на проблему синкинезий у пациентов с невропатией лицевого нерва

Аннотация

Лицевые синкинезии представляют собой непроизвольные сокращения мимических мышц, возникающие во время осуществления ими произвольного движения. Представлен обзор литературы по проблеме патологических синкинезий как осложнения невропатии лицевого нерва. Описан механизм их развития и основные теории возникновения. Данный вопрос по настоящее время вызывает дискуссии. Информация о частоте развития синкинезий в литературе также противоречива. Описаны виды (паттерны) синкинезий, методы их выявления, клиническая характеристика. Рассмотрены основные виды консервативного и оперативного лечения, реабилитация.
