Синдром верхней апертуры у взрослых и детей

Аннотация

Синдром верхней апертуры (СВА) — это диагноз, объединяющий несколько состояний, разных по этиологии и патогенезу, что затрудняет его постановку. Существующие методы обследования обладают невысокой чувствительностью и/или специфичностью для СВА. Однако сегодня определены диагностические критерии для СВА, облегчающие постановку диагноза. Невысокая эффективность консервативного лечения заболевания делает хирургическую декомпрессию верхней апертуры основой тактикой для всех вариантов СВА у взрослых и детей. В обзоре обобщены данные об этиологии и патогенезе заболевания, представлены современные подходы к диагностике и лечению этого состояния у взрослых и детей.
