Аннотация

Представлены современная клинико-генетическая классификация, клинико-генетические особенности основных типов мышечных дистрофий (дистрофинопатии, эмеринопатии, лице-лопаточно-плечевая, конечностно-поясная, дистальная, окулофарингеальная, окулофарикгодисталъная), их диагностика, патогенез и методы лечения.
