Кардиоцеребральный синдром при хронической сердечной недостаточности

Аннотация
В статье обсуждаются патогенез и проявления кардиоцеребрального синдрома у пациентов с сердечной недостаточностью (СН). СН является одной из значимых проблем пожилого возраста ввиду высокой распространенности. Рассматриваются механизмы влияния СН на развитие острой и хронической ишемии головного мозга, часто сопровождающейся когнитивными и эмоционально-аффективными расстройствами. Для оптимального комплексного подхода к ведению пациентов с кардиоцеребральным синдромом целесообразно участие кардиологов, неврологов и психиатров.
