Паралич Белла и аллергическая сыпь как первые проявления COVID-19

Аннотация
Новый коронавирус SARS-CoV-2 представляет собой одноцепочечный РНК-содержащий вирус, семейства Coronaviridae и клинически проявляется в основном респираторными симптомами. Однако у пациентов описаны симптомы и осложнения со стороны нервной системы, а также кожные проявления. Представлено проявление коронавирусной инфекции (SARS-CoV-2) у больной 58 лет в виде пневмонии с дыхательной недостаточностью I степени средней степени тяжести и паралича Белла в сочетании с кожными высыпаниями в виде уртикарной сыпи. Особенность данного наблюдения состоит в проявлении кожной и неврологической симптоматики до развития респираторных симптомов. Представленное наблюдение свидетельствует о том, что COVID-19 до развития респираторных симптомов может проявляться периферическим параличом лицевого нерва и сочетаться с кожными высыпаниями, что может осложнить своевременную диагностику вирусного заболевания.
