Аннотация

Рост продолжительности жизни населения планеты сопровождается увеличением количества пожилых пациентов, страдающих деменцией. По данным различных исследований, распространенность болевого синдрома у пожилых пациентов с деменцией составляет от 35,3% до 63,5%. В обзоре представлены данные об эпидемиологии, клинических проявлениях, методах диагностики и лечения болевого синдрома у пациентов с деменцией. Обсуждаются лекарственные и немедикаментозные методы устранения боли.
