

Симптом головокружения у пациентов с COVID-19

Аннотация
Симптом головокружения часто выявляется у пациентов с COVID-19. В статье обсуждаются вопросы, связанные с поражением периферического и центрального отделов вестибулярного анализатора у пациентов, инфицированных вирусом SARS-CoV-2. Описаны возможные механизмы патогенеза развития церебрального инсульта при данной вирусной инфекции, его особенности. Представлено описание форм поражения периферического отдела вестибулярного анализатора, включая вестибулярный нейронит, доброкачественное пароксизмальное позиционное головокружение, болезнь Меньера. Рассматриваются и иные возможные причины развития симптома головокружения у пациентов с COVID-19, не связанные с поражением вестибулярного анализатора.
