Отмечается вклад в изучение этой проблемы высокоинформативных нейровизуализиционных, электрофизиологических и патоморфологических методов диагностики. Приведены современные данные о патогенезе и клинической картине наиболее распространенных форм фармакорезистентной эпилепсии: склероза гиппокампа, фокальной корковой дисплазии и методах их хирургической коррекции. Рассматриваются перспективные направления фундаментальных клинических и экспериментальных исследований, направленных на изучение механизмов эпилептогенеза с целью разработки эффективных методов профилактики и лечения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This review emphasizes modern conceptions in the fundamental and clinical aspects of structural epilepsy. Highly informative neuroimaging, electrophysiological and pathomorphological diagnostic methods contribution to the study of this problem is noted. Current understanding of the pathogenesis and clinical picture of the most common types of drug resistant epilepsy are presented: hippocampal sclerosis, focal cortical dysplasia and their surgical correction methods.
