Оценка вероятности достижения ремиссии после коррекции терапии у пациентов с фармакорезистентной фокальной эпилепсией.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В исследование были включены 309 пациентов, разделенных на три разнородные группы: группа пациентов с фокальной фармакорезистентной эпилепсией; группа пациентов с суперрефрактерной фокальной эпилепсией; группа контроля – пациенты, ранее не получавшие лечения. Обследование включало сбор анамнеза, клинический и неврологический осмотр, рутинную ЭЭГ и/или ЭЭГ-видеомониторинг, МРТ головного мозга, анализ данных медицинской документации. Осуществлялась коррекция терапии.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. После коррекции терапии ремиссия у пациентов в группе 1 была достигнута у 27,8% пациентов, улучшение – у 27,1%, отсутствие эффекта – у 45,1%; в группе 2 ремиссия была достигнута у 13,2% пациентов, улучшение – у 28,6%, отсутствие эффекта – у 58,2%; в группе 3 ремиссия была достигнута у 41,2% пациентов, улучшение – у 32,9%, отсутствие эффекта – у 25,9%. Негативные прогностические факторы не продемонстрировали достоверной корреляции с отсутствием эффекта от терапии.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. После коррекции терапии удалось добиться ремиссии у ряда пациентов с фармакорезистентной фокальной эпилепсией, при этом негативные прогностические факторы не исключают вероятности достижения ремиссии.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Drug-resistant forms of epilepsy are an important medical and social problem.</p><sec><title>Goal of the work</title><p>Goal of the work. Evaluation of the probability of achieving remission after correction of therapy in patients with drug-resistant focal epilepsy.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The study included 309 patients divided into three heterogeneous groups: a group of patients with focal pharmacoresistant epilepsy; a group of patients with super refractory focal epilepsy; control group – patients who had not previously received treatment. The examination included history taking, clinical and neurological examination, routine EEG and/or EEG video monitoring, MRI of the brain, and analysis of medical records. Therapy was adjusted.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. After correction of therapy, remission in patients in Group 1 was achieved in 27.8% of patients, improvement – in 27.1%, no effect – in 45.1%; in Group 2, remission was achieved in 13.2% of patients, improvement – in 28.6%, no effect – in 58.2%; in Group 3, remission was achieved in 41.2% of patients, improvement – in 32.9%, no effect – in 25.9%. Negative prognostic factors did not show a significant correlation with the lack of effect of therapy.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
