Они снижают качество жизни пациентов и оказывают негативное влияние на прогноз заболевания.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель: провести анализ надежности русскоязычного варианта шкалы «Индекс эмоционального поведения» (ИЭП) и оценить частоту и характеристики нарушений, выявленных с ее помощью, у пациентов в остром периоде ишемического инсульта.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы: исследование проведено на выборке в 59 человек. Проанализирована надежность шкалы. Наряду с нарушениями эмоционального поведения регистрировалась тяжесть инсульта, степень инвалидизации, наличие делирия, выраженность депрессии и когнитивных нарушений.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Изменения минимум по одной из категорий ИЭП наблюдались у 40% пациентов. Нарушения эмоционального поведения были связаны с выраженностью когнитивных и депрессивных расстройств в остром периоде инсульта.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. ИЭП следует признать надежным инструментом для оценки психического состояния пациентов в остром периоде инсульта. Результаты могут использоваться в качестве предикторов развития когнитивных и аффективных нарушений.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background. Neuropsychiatric disorders are common after stroke. They decrease patients’ quality of life and have negative impact on the disease outcomes.</p></sec><sec><title>The objective</title><p>The objective: to analyze the reliability of the Russian Version of Emotional Behavior Index and assess the frequency and characteristics of the disorders detected by this scale in patients in acute phase of ischemic stroke.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. Fifty-nine patients were recruited. The reliability of the tool was assessed. Along with the disorders of emotional behavior stroke severity, degree of disability, presence of delirium, symptoms of depression and cognitive functions were assessed.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Changes in at least one category of the “Emotional Behavior Index” were observed in 40% of patients. Emotional behavior problems were associated with the severity of cognitive decline and depressive symptoms in acute stage of stroke.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. “Emotional Behavior Index” is a reliable instrument for the assessment of the state of mood of the patients with acute stroke.
