Представлено клиническое описание билатеральной формы невралгической амиотрофии с последовательным вовлечением плечевого сплетения с двух сторон у мужчины 62 лет и купированием невропатического болевого синдрома в ответ на введение больших доз глюкортикостероидов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Neuralgic amyotrophy is an acute painful inflammatory neuropathy involving, as a rule, the trunks of the brachial plexus in one side.
