Высокая частота недостаточности питания среди больных неврологического профиля требует своевременной и адекватной организации им диетологической помощи с целью сохранения соматического здоровья, повышения качества жизни и эффективности лечебно-реабилитационных мероприятий. В статье представлены проблемы организации питания неврологических больных, особенности их нутритивного статуса и пути его оптимизации. Рассмотрены диетологические возможности в неврологической практике, включающие как вопросы организации нутритивной поддержки, так и альтернативные подходы к лечению отдельных патологических состояний, в частности использование кетогенной диеты в лечении фармакорезистентных эпилепсий.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Diet therapy can make a significant contribution to the comprehensive treatment of neurological disorders. The high frequency of malnutrition among patients with neurological profile requires timely and adequate organization of nutritional care in order to preserve somatic health, improve the quality of life and the effectiveness of treatment and rehabilitation measures. The article represents the problems of nutrition organization in neurological patients, the peculiarities of their nutritional status and ways of its optimization.
