Основной нейрофизиологической методикой является электронейрография (ЭНГ). В визуализации диафрагмального нерва основную роль играет ультразвуковое исследование (УЗИ). Электронейрографическое исследование диафрагмального нерва при условии его правильного методического выполнения является несложной методикой как в исполнении, так и при дальнейшей интерпретации полученных данных. При ЭНГ-исследовании диафрагмального нерва у детей необходимо учитывать возрастные аспекты и значительную вариабельность показателей латентности и амплитуды М-ответа даже у здоровых детей разного возраста. Показатели амплитуды М-ответа и его латентности изменяются при различных патологических процессах в соответствии с их патогенезом. УЗИ диафрагмального нерва позволяет визуализировать анатомическую непрерывность нервного ствола нерва на уровне шеи и объективно оценить толщину нерва, что предоставляет дополнительную информацию врачу в клинической практике.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>We provide data on neurophysiology and ultrasound of phrenic nerve. In the visualization of the phrenic nerve the main role is played by ultrasound. Conduction study of the phrenic nerve, if performed properly, is a simple and reliable method. In pediatric population, though, age dynamic and wide range of normative parameters has to be taken into the consideration.
